THE LINE

Terms of Service

By downloading or using THE LINE ("the app"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Use of the App

THE LINE is a free-to-play mobile game with optional in-app purchases. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

2. In-App Purchases

The app offers optional cosmetic theme packs as in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.

• All purchases are non-consumable and can be restored on the same platform.
• Theme packs are cosmetic only and do not affect gameplay.
• Refund requests should be directed to Apple or Google.

3. Game Center & Leaderboards

THE LINE integrates with Apple Game Center and Google Play Games for leaderboard functionality. Use of these services is optional and governed by their respective terms of service.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in THE LINE, including but not limited to game design, graphics, code, and visual themes, is the intellectual property of Mert Can Cibuk. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate leaderboard scores
• Reverse-engineer or decompile the app
• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities

6. Disclaimer

THE LINE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue the app or any features at any time without notice.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
