THE LINE ("we", "our", "the app") is a minimalist skill game developed by Mert Can Cibuk. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

THE LINE collects minimal data to provide and improve the game experience:

• Game Data: High scores, level progress, and theme preferences. This data is stored locally on your device.
• Game Center / Google Play Games: If you sign in, your scores may be shared for leaderboard functionality, governed by Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies.
• Purchase Data: In-app purchase transactions are processed entirely by Apple or Google. We do not collect or store payment information.
• Crash Reports: Anonymous crash and performance data may be collected to improve app stability.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or contact information.
• We do not collect location data.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites.
• We do not use advertising SDKs or show ads.
• We do not sell any data to third parties.

3. Data Storage

All game data (scores, preferences, owned theme packs) is stored locally on your device. No personal data is transmitted to external servers.

4. Third-Party Services

• Apple Game Center: For leaderboards on iOS. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Google Play Games: For leaderboards on Android. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store / Google Play Store: For processing in-app purchases.

5. Children's Privacy

THE LINE does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The game does not require any personal information to play.

6. Data Retention

All data is stored locally on your device. You can delete it at any time by uninstalling the app. We do not retain any data on external servers.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy laws, you have the right to:

• Access the data stored about you (all data is on your device)
• Delete your data (uninstall the app)
• Opt out of leaderboards (sign out from device settings)

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
