Privacy Policy for TRIO

Overview

TRIO (“the App”) is developed by Mert Can Cibuk. This privacy policy explains how your information is handled.

What we collect ourselves

Nothing. TRIO has no accounts, no servers and no analytics of our own. Your game progress (scores, streaks, settings, theme choice, purchases) is stored only on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App.

TRIO does not:

require an account
ask for your name, email, contacts or location
send your progress anywhere

Advertising

The free version of TRIO shows ads supplied by Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). To serve and measure those ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect:

your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA/IDFV on iOS)
device and app information (model, OS version, app version, language, coarse region)
ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, whether a rewarded ad was completed)

On iOS you are asked, through Apple’s own App Tracking Transparency prompt, whether TRIO may track you across apps and websites:

If you allow it, ads may be personalised using the advertising identifier.
If you decline, only non-personalised ads are requested. Non-personalised ads still use limited information (such as coarse location and the current app context) for frequency capping, reporting and fraud prevention.

You can reset or limit your advertising identifier at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and → Apple Advertising.

Removing ads. The one-time “Remove Ads” purchase disables the advertising SDK entirely: once it is active, no ad is requested and no advertising data leaves your device.

In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We never see your payment details. To know what you own, the App asks the store for the list of purchases made with your account.

Available purchases:

Remove Ads ($0.99) — removes all advertising, permanently
Calm Theme Pack ($0.99) — 7 colour themes
Tip Jar ($2.99) — optional support

Children’s Privacy

The App is rated 4+ and requests only ads rated G (suitable for general audiences). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, contact us and it will be removed.

Your choices

Decline the tracking prompt to receive only non-personalised ads.
Buy “Remove Ads” to switch advertising off completely.
Uninstall the App to delete every piece of data it stored on your device.
