I can't finish a level — the pieces don't fit.

Every level is solvable, and that's not luck: levels are solved first and then taken apart, so the pieces you're given fill the board exactly. If you can't finish, a space was wasted on an earlier move. That's what Undo is for, and a hint will show you the exact square that works.

My progress disappeared.

Progress is stored only on your device — there is no account system. If you deleted and reinstalled the app, or moved to a new device, it doesn't carry over.

Do I have to watch ads?

No. You never see an ad while playing. A video is only offered when you ask for a hint and have run out of tokens, and you can decline — no level or feature is locked because of it.

I want to change my ad preferences.

For tracking: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. In the EU, you can change your consent inside the game under Settings → AD PRIVACY OPTIONS.

Her bölüm çözülebilir — bu tesadüf değil, tasarım gereği böyle. Bölümler önce çözülüp sonra parçalarına ayrılıyor, yani sana verilen taşlar tahtayı tam olarak dolduruyor. Bitiremiyorsan daha önceki bir hamlede bir boşluk ziyan olmuştur. Geri al düğmesi tam bunun için var; ipucu da doğru yeri kesin olarak gösterir.

Reklam izlemek zorunda mıyım?

Hayır. Oyun oynarken hiç reklam görmezsin. Video yalnızca ipucu isteyip jetonun bittiğinde teklif edilir ve reddedebilirsin — hiçbir bölüm ya da özellik bu yüzden kilitlenmez.
